OAKENCROFT FARM CLUB TERMS & AGREEMENT

By joining, I understand and agree to the following statements; (1) Oakencroft Farm Club and Farm Club Petit include perishable items. Items MUST be picked up within the scheduled pickup window to guarantee freshness. If you cannot pickup during this window, please notify us at least 7 days prior to the allocated date. Substitutions may be chosen by Oakencroft if you are unable to pickup during the scheduled window. (2) Oakencroft Wine Club members may choose local pick up or shipping for their club orders. Oakencroft only ships within Virginia and DC. (3) For Wine Club members, any wine club orders not picked up after 120 days at customers expense. This will apply to all outstanding orders, unless other arrangements are made directly with our team. (4) I am at least 21 years of age, (5) A person of 21 years or older must be present for pick up or delivery of each club release and under ABC law, packages received must be signed for by an adult over 21 years of age, (6) All club purchases are subject to VA sales tax, (7) It is my obligation to notify Oakencroft Farm & Winery of any address or billing changes, (8) I can cancel my membership via email (clubs@oakencroftfarm.com) or in writing at any time, at least 14 days prior to next scheduled pickup. (9) Due to the highly curated and artisanal nature of our clubs, membership is limited. So that we are able to properly plan for the season, we ask when joining Oakencroft Clubs you commit to at least three allocations. (10) As of 1/1/2027 All Oakencroft clubs will be billed and picked up/shipped three times per year; spring, summer, & fall.
